1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been opened or consumed, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with proof of purchase and photographs of the damage. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or credit.

3. Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
